The first session begins with a captivating whole school assembly as Charlotte shares her journey as an International athlete,
aiming to inspire others to be the best they can be.
Be Kind To Your Mind is delivered to the target class over four engaging and physically active two hour workshops focusing on educating and supporting young people to make small positive changes that will improve their mental health.
