The extensive programme covers both practical and theoretical aspects of sports development. It is designed to stretch and challenge the athletes that are involved in it.

The programme is designed for up to 10 students and set over five 2 hour sessions during an academic year.
All students will receive a workbook in which they will complete during the programme.
